Position Description:
Under general supervision, this position greets visitor and staff, answers all incoming calls and routes all calls and visitors appropriately.
Provides general secretarial support for the division as a whole, as needed to increase efficiency in the office and professionalism and team building among faculty and staff.

Position Requirements:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years clerical experience
Must be:
(1) able to type 40 words per minute; (2) file; (3) copy documents; (4) maintain copier, printer, and other equipment; (5) open and sort mail; (6) type correspondence as needed; (7) greet visitors and staff; (8) answer telephone and take messages; (8) monitor and stock supplies.
Preferred:
Strong background in Customer Service and handling large workload.
