Performs receptionist duties for the Endocrinology Division by screening and routing telephone calls.This position is responsible for providing reception support for the Division as a whole as needed to increase efficiency in the Endocrine Office, professionalism, and teambuilding among faculty and staff.
Position Requirements:Required:
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Four years of progressive clerical experience.
Must be:
(1) able to type a minimum of 40-50 words per minute accurately; (2) compose, format, type, edit and distribute correspondence; (3) perform basic math skills; and (4) possess exceptional telephone and customer service skills.
Preferred:
Two years reception experience in medical office setting.
