Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

This position is available in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences.

Duties:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if necessary
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
Knowledge of medication administration systems is a plus
Ability to provide patient care with empathy, compassion, and respect
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or patient needs
Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
