- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge stakeholder requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefits and return-on-investment standards.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with stakeholders and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
- Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management
- Supervise a staff of business analysts.
- Set group and individual goals annually and write and perform yearly staff reviews.
- Source and coordinate proper training and certifications for your team to complete their duties to the highest quality.
- Requires four to seven years of related or similar project management experience.
- Requires a bachelor's degree, equivalent professional certification with four years of experience, or a two-year technical degree with seven years of experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and customization is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional modules is a plus.
