Key Responsibilities/Outcomes

  • Provide onsite support at client site for end user asset management duties
  • Manage the provisioning of all hardware to Unisys techs for PC Refresh and daytoday replacements.
  • Track all required data to bill assets as they are used
  • This will first be done via spreadsheet on the Sharepoint site
  • Once another tool is set up, it will be run using that tool
  • Data Required: Machine name, serial number, asset tag
  • Tracking includes knowing where the machine is at all time in the warehouse, in 3rd floow storage, with Unisys, shipped, etc
  • Coordinate the asset tracking effort with Coppell and St Louis to confirm our asset inventory is always accurate
  • Track the use of used equipment in the same way as we track new equipment
  • Shipping hardware to other locations to include Coppell and St Louis, along with to Branches and users
  • Track all thin clients
  • Recovering assets from terminated employees and contractors
  • Provides point of contact for End User Asset Management process related questions or issues
  • Ensures contractual service support requirements are understood and managed
  • Ensures effective communication and coordination of problemsolving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel and customers
  • Participates in workshops as required to identify, assess and address process deficiencies, ensure common understanding of process intention and operation, and ensure organization and individual associates
  • P rovides training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that asset related process guidelines are understood and followed.
  • Works closely with Service Delivery Managers to proactively monitor Asset related SLA/KPI performance and report on them accurately

You will be successful in this role if you have:


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Certified or Basic understanding of ITIL V4 processes and principals.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in ServiceNow tool for more than 2 years.

Experience in Asset Management & Hardware Asset activities.

Client interaction exposure is a must.

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
