The Role

Under the guidance of the Sports Marketing (SPOMA) Manager, the SPOMA Associate is responsible for assisting the entire SPOMA team with Global marketing initiatives, supporting sponsored athlete requests (product, logistics, budget), supporting sponsored event partnerships and forecasting/tracking related SPOMA footwear, apparel and accessories.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Servicing & supporting all HOKA-sponsored athletes (footwear/apparel, event support, activations, photoshoots, etc.)
2. Supporting the entire SPOMA team (events, partnerships, Global initiatives)
3. Tracking and monitoring budgets, invoicing, orders, forecasts, etc.
4. Working with cross functional teams on all athlete touchpoints

Who You Are

An efficient and effective communicator
Ability to prioritize tasks while staying organized

Bachelor's Degree
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
24 years of experience working in marketing and/or events

$30 - $35 / hr

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location.

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
