Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) for our Service Center in Fayetteville, WV.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Accurate order acceptance and processing
  • Telephone customer support
  • Monitoring of ongoing orders
  • Data maintenance in our systems
  • Adherence to guidelines and customer requirements
  • Ability to work independently

Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in telephone customer service
  • Ideally, knowledge of the retail industry
  • Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in all common Office applications
  • Familiarity with current communication tools
