VE2409 - Engineer / Architect (m/f/d) in Project Management for Construction Projects in the Public Buildings and Industrial Buildings / Infrastructure sectors

Your Responsibilities

Project management / project control of large-scale projects (e.g. educational, functional buildings, medical facilities)
Establishment and leadership of your own team, also possible in a shared leadership model
Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting
Assuming responsibility for tendering and awarding of planning and execution services
Ensuring costs, deadlines, quality and resources
Conducting target-actual analyses, developing measures and recommendations for action
Contract and risk management for time-critical construction projects

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in engineering (civil engineering, construction management, architecture) and economic understanding
Willingness to take on responsibility in challenging customer projects
Several years of professional experience as an engineer in construction projects
Professional handling of MS Office including MS Project
Knowledge of HOAI, VOB
Negotiation skills in German C1-C2
