Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Bronx, NY

Salary: $62,500

Language Requirement: Fluency in both English & Spanish is required for this position

Offer based on experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the department, including but not limited to:
Handle the day-to-day management of the department to ensure that the Agency maintains adequate staffing levels and compliance. Plan, direct and coordinate all departmental tasks
Responsible to ensure accuracy of initial and on-going compliance of employee files.
Conduct periodic audits of employee files, maintain training schedules and materials and introduce new training topics as needed.
Responsible to train staff and ensure quality standards and productivity goals are met.
Ensure customer service levels are maintained, and that all visitors/calls are greeting quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of Management experience, with strong organizational and customer service skills
Management experience in the HR/Employment or Home Care industry preferred, but not required.
Must be able to supervise work of others, including the ability to plan, assign, schedule and review work.
Fluency in both English & Spanish is required for this position
