We are a non-traditional orthopedic physical therapy practice in Phoenix, AZ that specializes in helping people decrease their pain through the integration of rehab, fitness, and wellness.

Our mission is simple, to redefine the standards of preventative healthcare.

Our 1 on 1 model of patient care allows our Doctors of Physical Therapy to spend the entire treatment session addressing our patients needs, ultimately helping them achieve their set goals faster than ever.

Currently we are seeking a high energy physical therapy administrative assistant to help us provide the best service possible to our consumer


Daily Job Responsibilities Include:

• Checking patients in/out, collecting payments, and scheduling patient appointments.
• Review initial referral request and obtain authorization for physical therapy services.
• Be responsible for assisting in marketing/advertising, which may include managing social media and/or in person meetings with local businesses.
• Assist PT in daily patient care
• Authorize insurance
• Medical Billing background (Preferred but not required)

This Physical Therapy Administrative Lead position is ideal for someone who is:

• Dependable
• be reliable and able to change task with shifting priorities
• Collaborative enjoys working with people in the office and in field
• Proficient in the use of computers, including clinical healthcare software, payroll software, document management software, and Microsoft Office
• Prior clerical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Excellent time management
• Having a background in the field of exercise science is preferred but not required

Pay:
$42,000.00 per year
