As a
Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
  • Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
  • Troubleshoot and implement costsaving techniques and recommend improvements.
  • Lead in the management, training, and retention of quality employees.
  • Consistently review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately.
  • Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
  • Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors, and conducting property inspections.
  • Review turn and makeready schedule and delegate work to proper work groups.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Property Maintenance
  • Experience utilizing Yardi, preferred
  • Three years experience as a Manager/Supervisor
  • HAVC certified
  • Pool certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Valid Driver's License

Required Testing

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
