Job Description Summary
Under the direction of the Procurement Regional Procurement Lead, the purpose of the Procurement Director is to develop partnerships with the business units and ensure Procurement resources are aligned and executing Procurement strategies. This role serves as a senior leader of the Procurement team with regular access and exposure to executives throughout the company in order to advocate for Procurement objectives and critical Procurement-related activities. A primary responsibility of this position will be managing a team of Procurement professionals to build strong partnerships and relationships with leadership. The Procurement Director will oversee the Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management activities for the specific GOS Account Facility Management (FM) spend categories in their purview. This role is the go-to resource in Procurement for their respective GOS Account's FM spend categories and will partner with the key GOS business stakeholders and clients. The Procurement Director will work with the on-account Procurement Teams, the Client Operations team and other key stakeholders to develop RFP's in multiple targeted Facility Management (FM) categories such as Janitorial Services, MRO Supplies, Electrical Maintenance, Landscaping, etc. After the RFP has ended and a supplier is selected, the Procurement Director work with the Procurement team and oversee all aspects of the relationship with the supplier including performance and improvement, risks, and issues. In addition to supplier management, the Procurement Director will facilitate the implementation of the select supplier partner to C&W GOS client properties, acting as a subject manager expert in their respective FM categories. The Procurement Director will work with C&W Client Facility and Portfolio Managers as well as Engineers, Account Executives and Regional Leads to drive adoption of the selected category suppliers throughout the C&W GOS portfolio. This role will be instrumental in delivering value to C&W's clients through leveraging the Company's aggregate FM spend across the GOS client base in order to negotiate best in class rates and contractual terms and conditions at the individual GOS client property level. GOS Procurement will be the cornerstone of C&W's value proposition to GOS clients going forward and the GOS Procurement Director will accompany C&W executives on new client pitches and existing client quarterly business reviews to highlight the bottom line benefits that our group delivers. As such, the GOS Procurement Director will also work with Marketing to develop methods to highlight their category accomplishments to GOS clients by drafting white papers and updating internal and external C&W website platforms. The Procurement Director must possess the following attributes: Inner drive to accomplish goals and not get deterred by obstacles Capacity to develop innovative savings and revenue generating sourcing programs Project management expertise Sourcing fundamentals Contract negotiation and ongoing management skills Presentation skills Ability to build relationships with key business stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers An understanding of the GOS business model FM category specific knowledge The GOS Procurement Director will take input from the GOS business stakeholders and the head of GOS Procurement to formulate and execute category objectives, priorities and plans of action.

Builds strong working relationships with business unit stakeholders in order to ensure requirements and considerations are being incorporated into GOS category management and sourcing plans
Works with GOS stakeholders to prepare project plans for proposed Procurement activities and makes sure all stakeholders understand timelines and assignments
Manages communications with business stakeholders, including regular project updates and executive updates as needed
Develops and maintains strong relationships with GOS business leaders and penetrating the organization by continually demonstrating value and breaking down resistance in order to effectively manage spend
Collaborates with business unit stakeholder to establish strong working relationships
Engages GOS stakeholders to develop relationship equity
Drives for results by consistently achieving goals and pushing to complete tasks by their deadlines
Self-Leadership
Negotiates effectively for the organization with internal and external stakeholders and builds relationships with key individuals necessary for collaboration

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $146, $172,700.00
