As part of the "Digital Customer Experience" (DCX) team, we work together to support our clients in their digital transformation, understand their needs for change, and independently derive individual, innovative solutions from them. You can expect challenging tasks in international and German/English-speaking teams with strong career prospects. Our Pega team is continuously growing and we have exciting projects ahead of us in Oakland.

Your new job

Act as a link in an agile project environment between stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI designers, and developers
Take responsibility for project implementation in a Pega team
Analyze customer and user requirements using methods such as Design Thinking workshops or Design Sprints, as well as common Pega approaches
Provide expertise and support during project implementation
Assist in business acquisition and contribute to the design of business architectures

Your profile

University degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field and several years of relevant experience
Pega (Senior) Business Architect certification
Several years of experience in Pega projects
Enjoy working in cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues
Willingness to travel for projects
Good German and English
