Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the automotive service department
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Schedule and assign work to service technicians
• Monitor and control inventory levels of parts and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair orders
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Train and mentor service technicians to improve performance

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service or repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Experience with brake repair, air brakes, shocks, struts, and wheel alignment
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of service technicians
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in cash handling and financial management
