Overview:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting the Government with management and support of offices, cubicles, conference rooms, and other common areas throughout C5SIC. This support will include supporting office space equipment, audiovisual equipment, seating assignments, and general facility onsite support.
- Providing general onsite support for the unit's safety program and government vehicle maintenance and management.
- Providing office space management including seating assignments for new employees and employee moves. Coordinates team moves and provides seating plans to Government for approval. Provides personnel office space assignment documentation. Coordinates furnishing location, storage, and replacement. Provides reasonable accommodations as prescribed by Government guidance.
- Providing conference room management and support including maintenance and support for the equipment, furnishings, and organization of all inscope location conference rooms.
- Provide audiovisual (AV) support including maintenance and operation of all video projectors and monitors, AV control system, video streaming services, video teleconferencing, and other AV equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 13 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred

Essential functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for frequently bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with the opportunity to move about.
Near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard; lift horizontally and vertically.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
