Basic Function
Specific Responsibilities

Interact with Guests, providing directions and assistance.
Operate a cash register, computer or POS system.
Maintain fully stocked shelves, counters, and table displays with appropriate merchandise.
Maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness and organization in immediate and surrounding work areas.
Keep aisles, counter-tops, prep areas, and displays clean and neat.
Performs opening and closing procedures in assigned areas.
Performs other duties as required. Prep, cook, and serve various food items.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Operate grills, flat tops, and ovens, depending on minimum age requirements.
Operate assigned area in accordance with company policy, state and federal health regulations, and safety protocols.
Work as a team player with other associates in providing a great dining experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to read, write and speak in English and understand written instructions.
Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be able to follow instructions and recipes in a timely manner.
Be able to work and communicate as a team.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
Ability to climb, kneel, bend, push, pull and reach above shoulder.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
