The Operational Excellence Intern will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions to address company-wide challenges and opportunities, utilizing innovative approaches and techniques. This role will report to the Senior Operational Excellence Manager.

YOUR TASKS:

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve efficiency of processes, and implement them on a large scale across the company.
Create sustainable structures and programs with clear handover and integration plans for relevant stakeholders.
Utilize testing of new solutions to overcome challenges and reduce manual efforts in existing processes, leading to further efficiency improvements.

Knowledge Sharing

Establish and foster a network for sharing knowledge and adopting best practices.
Connect automation efforts between related teams or individuals to ensure crossfunctional communication of process knowledge.

Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to expand the impact of your actions on a global scale.
Gain stakeholder buyin for key initiatives and hold them accountable for deliverables.

Project Management

Assist in managing companywide projects across departments to achieve success and meet deadlines, contributing to company OKRs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Advocate for datadriven decision making and provide actionable insights that drive business value.
Innovate data reporting to improve tracking of results and identify new areas for improvement.
