Essential Duties

Assist the Registry Admin Home Program Manager with scholar approvals, technical assistance, creating files and scholar customer service.
Provide assistance with the Arizona Early Childhood Workforce Registry and CDA Pathway initiative.
Provide data entry into the Registry.
Use effective verbal and written communication skills.
Assist project managers in meeting various grant deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field AND two years administrative/coordination experience; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in using web based systems.
Experience with customer support.
Experience and comfort with tech/computer setup.
Experience with the early childhood profession.
Bilingual: English/Spanish.

Working Environment

Our office is located at the downtown campus of Arizona State University in the Cronkite Building.
Required to stand for varying lengths of time.
Clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
Drive ASU vehicle to and from events.
Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
