Your responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of monthly salary payments (collective agreement: TV-L) including all pre and postprocessing tasks
  • Contact person for employees and managers regarding social security, tax, and payrollrelated issues
  • Correspondence with tax authorities, social security institutions, pension funds, and other external authorities
  • Participation in the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with additional qualifications such as a specialist in personnel management or payroll accountant
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Willingness to learn and interest in collective agreement and labor law topics
  • Excellent computer skills required (MS Office and ideally experience with payroll software P&I LOGA or similar)
  • Diligent, independent, and reliable work ethic, even in stressful situations
