    Position Summary:
    We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this outside sales role, you will meet with business owners and create sales opportunities in an assigned territory. Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and take their career to the next level. We provide hands-on training and the support you need to be successful. This is a full-time position and responsibilities include:
    • Become an expert in the products and services that we offer and effectively communicate that during the sales process.
    • Create, manage, and develop a sales pipeline through a combination of utilizing our CRM, warm calling and building new relationships.
    • Build long-term relationships through the sales process.
    • Network with the local business community and develop new business relationships.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.
    • Manage and update pipeline opportunities utilizing our CRM.
    • Provide the highest level of customer service.
    Qualifications:
    • Self-motivated and results oriented.
    • A proven track record of growth and exceeding expectations.
    • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality, able to effectively engage with customers.
    • Coachable, eager to learn.
    • A positive attitude and ability to overcome challenges.
    • Strong work ethic, initiative, and follow-through.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team.
    • A minimum of 3 years stable work experience in sales, customer services, business or leadership is required OR a college degree.
