Sneak preview of your future tasks:

  • Support contact for all facility management inquiries and for internal and external service providers
  • Assistance in managing inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Commissioning and management of external service providers and maintenance companies as agreed
  • Inspections and creation of object documentation in cooperation with real estate management
  • Analysis and optimization of costs/costsaving opportunities as a basis for process discussions
  • Support in managing objects and developing proposals for process optimization
