Mercedes Benz of Annapolis is looking to add a Cashier to our tremendous service team.

This role will support the Mercedes Benz Service department as our Service department is located separately than our sales department.

Summary:

A Cashier receives payment for products or services sold by the dealership and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction throughout the business transaction.

Essential Duties:

Greet customers
Compute customer bills
Receive and record cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
Reconcile cash drawer daily
Answer customer questions about services performed or products purchased

Qualifications:

One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
