Together with your team, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure and support the departments in providing efficient and effective business software.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a Linux Administrator (m/f/d), you will join us with a degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with IT certification (e.g. RHCSA / RHCE / RHCA) in relevant areas.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in administering complex IT environments based on RHEL or CentOS.
  • We expect a strong understanding of the Linux operating system.
  • You have practical experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Automation
  • Monitoring
  • Logging
  • Networking
  • Storage
  • Backup
  • You have experience in applying and developing security hardening guidelines, including firewall, SELinux, auditd, and OpenSCAP.
  • You have a basic understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and experience in solving complex problems.
  • Your qualifications are completed by strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills in German and English.
