Position:
Summer Technology Support - Temporary


Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and tech-savvy students to join our Information Technology department as Summer Technology Support.

This position offers a unique opportunity for
students to gain practical experience in IT support and educational technology during the summer break.

Student workers will work closely with IT staff to assist with various tasks and projects to support the school's technology infrastructure.


  • Gain handson experience in a professional IT environment within an educational setting.
  • Learn from experienced IT professionals who will provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop valuable technical skills and problemsolving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with inventory management and tracking of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other technology equipment.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software upgrades, network enhancements, technology deployments and other duties

Qualifications:


  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience with IT support or technologyrelated activities is a plus but not required.

Schedule:
M - F


Hours:
hrs./wk.


Pay:
$15.69/hr.


This is a temporary summer position with no benefits.
