Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
• Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Stay uptodate on the latest technology trends and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of technology products such as electronics, wireless devices, or jewelry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a teamoriented setting
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
• Ability to perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
