Junior Business Analyst

Team members may be asked to take on additional tasks as needed, which may or may not be directly related to their primary role, based on business requirements.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain quality assurance documentation that includes test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Identify and track issues according to project processes and tools.
  • Share findings and collaborate with the product and development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability across releases.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during software deployments.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Create and maintain business analysis documentation that includes business requirements, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.

Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong GSuite experience (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational & time management skills.
  • Deadline driven with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong and lasting professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly solve problems.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of job, employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; type/use computer and phone. Prolonged sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.

Non-Physical demands:Frequently requires performing multiple tasks simultaneously, working closely with others as part of a team, and tedious or exacting work. Occasionally requires time pressures, emergency situations, and frequent change of tasks. Rarely requires irregular schedule/overtime and noisy/distracting environment.

Work environment: Generally, an office-type position. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.
