Customer Service Professional
We are looking for extraordinary customer service/patient care professionals.
Have you tried to get into the healthcare field but don't have the experience or training? Start off learning as a Patient Care representative in our beautiful new Patient Care Center located in North Central Phoenix.
Here are the initial qualifications we are looking for:
Skills Required:
- 2 years of customer service, patient care, or phone experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem Solver
- Ability to Multitask
- Computer Skills
- Interact with customers and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
- Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment(s)
- Ability to work as a team player in a professional environment
- Reliability and excellent attendance

Education/Training/Experience:
- High school diploma or a GED
- Desired six months related experience and / or training
- Selfmotivated
- Team player
- Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, scanner, Microsoft Office Suite to complete tasks
- Experience in a healthcare setting, desired, but not necessary
