Baumer hhs offers its customers a carefully coordinated portfolio of solutions for a variety of different requirements in cold glue and hot melt application, including valves, pumps, pressure vessels, and control and monitoring systems in automated production environments.

Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

  • Ensuring all relevant quality requirements and standards
  • Planning and comprehensive support of customer and certification audits
  • Representing Baumer hhs GmbH in the groupwide QM network
  • Managing change management and quality assurance
  • Ensuring a userfriendly document management system
  • Proactively supporting all process owners in quality matters

You have:

  • Successfully completed studies with a technical background
  • Extensive experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry
  • Very good knowledge of standards and high methodological competence
  • Assertiveness and communication skills
  • Social competence and teamwork skills
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
