- Operate and maintain heavy motorized equipment for earth moving operations safely and efficiently.

- Operate a variety of heavy motorized equipment for earth moving operations.
- Excavate, grade, and compact land surfaces using heavy construction equipment.
- Utilize hand-held mobile radio units for task coordination.
- Read and adhere to safety protocols, maintenance instructions, training materials, and safety procedures.
- Take on additional assignments and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Operator 1: 10+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance experience.
- Operator 2: 5+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance experience.
- Operator 3: 2+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive for company business.
- Preferred safety training (company will provide additional if needed).
- Various safety training certifications preferred.
- Understanding of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of construction and maintenance materials and methods.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong safety commitment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Lift, carry and push/pull at least 50 pounds without difficulty.
