We are a privately owned engineering company with over 80 years of experience in structural engineering.

Our diverse range of services includes object and structural planning in civil engineering, as well as industrial, power plant, high-rise, and water engineering.

We also offer building inspections, renovation, concrete repair, structural inspections, and on-site construction supervision and management. We coordinate ordnance surveys, manage soil resources, and utilize our engineering divers for underwater inspections and damage assessments.


We're looking for you As a Financial and Accounting / Controlling Assistant (m/f/d), you will help our managing directors keep track of our financial numbers. You have several years of experience in accounting and controlling, a strong understanding of numbers, and proficiency in Excel. We are looking for you to join our team at our location in Hamburg as soon as possible, in a full-time position.


Your responsibilities with us:

  • Monthly invoice discussions with our project managers, as well as invoice previews and planning
  • Managing successful project controlling
  • Monitoring accounts payable lists and reminders
  • Providing ongoing information, advice, and support to the management in all financial matters
  • Assisting the tax consultant
  • Cash management
  • Point of contact for three employees

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration with several years of operational and projectoriented experience in accounting and controlling
  • Strong understanding and handling of numbers, as well as knowledge of commercial processes
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills
