This position will oversee properties in the San Francisco Bay Area with a portfolio of 8-10 communities including fee managed properties consisting of approximately 2000 units.

It requires the ability to travel throughout the region to visit properties approximately 3 days/week, with the other days able to work remotely or at our corporate office in Walnut Creek, CA.


What you'll do for us:

  • Manage sales and operations strategies for a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities
  • Meet targeted, budgeted financial goals
  • Prepare reports and provide verbal and written asset and market data to ownership groups
  • Recommend and supervise capital improvements and renovation projects
  • Participate in due diligence for new acquisitions and oversee dispositions
  • Drive the growth and development of team members through training, mentoring, and coaching

  • 3+ years of Regional Property Management experience
  • Experience with valueadd property management
  • Experience with a feemanaged portfolio
  • Developed knowledge of revenue management programs and software (Yieldstar)
  • History of meeting targeted, budgeted financial goals and objectives for multifamily investment properties
  • Proven ability to lead and support large teams of property management professionals in the areas of leasing/sales, operations, maintenance, and construction management
  • Desire to learn and grow while adhering to Sequoia's strong culture and residentcentric values
  • Bachelor's degree or AA/high school diploma with requisite experience
  • Prior work with project and/or construction management

Great to haves:

  • Experience with Yardi

Compensation:
The compensation range is $125,000.00k - $145,000.00k / year plus generous quarterly bonuses.
