This position will oversee properties in the San Francisco Bay Area with a portfolio of 8-10 communities including fee managed properties consisting of approximately 2000 units.

It requires the ability to travel throughout the region to visit properties approximately 3 days/week, with the other days able to work remotely or at our corporate office in Walnut Creek, CA.

What you'll do for us:

Manage sales and operations strategies for a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities
Meet targeted, budgeted financial goals
Prepare reports and provide verbal and written asset and market data to ownership groups
Recommend and supervise capital improvements and renovation projects
Participate in due diligence for new acquisitions and oversee dispositions
Drive the growth and development of team members through training, mentoring, and coaching

3+ years of Regional Property Management experience
Experience with valueadd property management
Experience with a feemanaged portfolio
Developed knowledge of revenue management programs and software (Yieldstar)
History of meeting targeted, budgeted financial goals and objectives for multifamily investment properties
Proven ability to lead and support large teams of property management professionals in the areas of leasing/sales, operations, maintenance, and construction management
Desire to learn and grow while adhering to Sequoia's strong culture and residentcentric values
Bachelor's degree or AA/high school diploma with requisite experience
Prior work with project and/or construction management

Great to haves:

Experience with Yardi

Compensation:
The compensation range is $125,000.00k - $145,000.00k / year plus generous quarterly bonuses.
