Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) Full-time/Part-time

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Prepare monthly payroll and salary statements
  • Process salary certificates and social security reports
  • Handle new hires and terminations
  • Maintain employee master data
  • Serve as the main contact for all salaryrelated inquiries from employees
  • Communicate and cooperate with health insurance companies, authorities, agencies, and social security institutions, etc.

What we are looking for:
-
Commercial education, e.g. as a personnel service specialist, office management assistant | personnel service specialist, office management assistant

Experience in payroll accounting

  • Indepth knowledge of labor, social, collective bargaining, and income tax law
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
  • Ideally, knowledge of Sage payroll accounting
  • Conscientious, independent, and accurate work style
