Independent insurance agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Professional in Personal Lines who is self-motivated, detail oriented and organized with 4 years experience or more in the insurance industry.
The Personal Lines CSR is responsible for providing support at the direction of the Producer or Account Executive. In addition, the Account Manager provides customer service by handling the day to day operations of clients' insurance needs.Primary Responsibilities:
- Quote and Issue both new and renewal policies
- Process Policies, Endorsements, Applications, etc.
- Answer billing account questions
- Perform Account Reviews
- Order Reports (MVRs, Clue Reports, Etc.)
- Maintain Client Files in an accurate & timely manner
- Help fellow Team Members as needed
- Promote a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- MUST have thorough knowledge of preferred carriers, such as, Travelers, Mercury, Safeco and Hartford.
- 4+ years of experience working in Personal Lines for a retail agency is required
- Active California P&C license required
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- Strong organizational skills
Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
Personal Lines: 4 years (preferred)
