    Job Title: Principal Embedded Firmware Engineer

    HP is looking for a skilled Embedded Systems Software Development Engineer to join the LaserJet Firmware Lab.     Requirements:

    • Background in embedded systems, firmware, and hardware
    • Proficiency in C and C++ programming
    • Experience in driving technical strategy across organizations
    • Innovative mindset with a strong work ethic
    • Excellent communication and technical skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Own, develop, and support timely architecture delivery
    • Design framework/components for effective solutions
    • Provide system-level technical direction
    • Lead cross-organizational teams to deliver FW functionality

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
    • 10 – 15 years of experience
    • Expertise in C, C++, and operating system fundamentals
    • Knowledge of firmware and hardware design principles
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
