Essential Duties and Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator position include but are not limited to, the following:
Support the creation and lead the execution of experiential activities including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors and ordering marketing collateral.
Research applicable events and venues.Staff events and serve as AJF liason. This can be during non-traditional hours/days - nights and weekends.
Support marketing department's initiatives in creative, social and earned media.
Helps to support the day-to-day requirements of the rewards loyalty app, including reporting and general communication to customer complaints. Assist with Local Store Marketing activities. Gather and assemble background information as needed for the development of briefing documents, marketing plans, competitive research, etc.
Assist on day-to-day activities including filing, data entry, handling mail/packages, etc.
Perform other duties as required.
