Job descriptionCollection 18 is a fashion accessories company located in midtown Manhattan.
We specialize in a wide range of categories from neckwear, cold weather, hats, belts and handbags for designer brands and private label collections.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all open PO's from issuance to inwarehouse (US) to ensure on time delivery. Communicate daily with overseas factories, suppliers, and China Office to ensure ontime delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Negotiate costs on orders to achieve margin goals.
- Troubleshoot issues in development, production & delivery with overseas and domestic cross functional partners and resolve in a timely fashion.
- Oversight of outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery for managed accounts.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and performance evaluations, to ensure alignment with our company goals and objectives.
- Implement and enforce best practices and industry standards to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance set by Collection 18 and our customers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, sourcing, and manufacturing, to integrate sustainable materials and practices into product development and production processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, to senior management.
- 35 years' experience in production management (related field) required. Only applicants who meet this requirement will be considered.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Previous experience working with major US retailers and Department Stores strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management software and ERP systems. Familiarity with AMT/ Webtech a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year, annual bonus based on the company financial goals and employee performance.
