    About the Job:

    Interested in joining the Centralized PRN Pool in Baltimore? This is your chance to work across all 4 MedStar Health Baltimore Hospitals: MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, and MedStar Harbor Hospital.

    Job Summary:

    We are searching for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist IP to join our team at MedStar Health. The role involves providing speech-language pathology services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in various settings. As part of the team, you will contribute to program planning and protocol development to help achieve established goals.

    Primary Duties:

    • Provides evaluation services and treatment planning, involving patients and their families in goal setting.
    • Implements treatment protocols, consults with healthcare professionals, and adjusts plans as needed.
    • Manages discharge planning, documentation, and ensures timely patient care activities.
    • Demonstrates effective time management and commitment to professional growth and education.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Completion of a clinical fellowship year (CFY).
    • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia.
    • Possess American Speech Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence.
