Who we are looking for

What you will work on


As a member of the Employee Relations Team, you will conduct complicated, high risk workplace investigations, provide recommendations based on investigation outcomes (in partnership with Human Resources), conduct training on Employee Relations policies/processes and work on projects specific to the growth of the Employee Relations team.

Other duties as assigned.

Who you will work with


Members of the Employee Relations team on a day-to-day basis, and employees at all levels of the organization to include Human Resources partners, business leaders, Compliance or COE partners (such as Legal, Security, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion).

You will report to a Sr. Employee Relations Manager.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or six (6) years' experience, combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Three (3) years' experience in workplace investigations.

Required skills:

  • Verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Specifically, experience writing investigation reports.
  • Communicate effectively and remain calm under timesensitive and in difficult situations.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing employees at all levels of the organization using a consultative methodology.
  • Outstanding organizational skills: including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Maintain confidentiality with critical information.
  • Facilitation skills (in person/virtually).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Preferred experience:

  • Substantial professional experience in Employee Relations, Investigations, and/or employment law.
  • Certification in Human Resources
  • Working with remote locations; including different time zones.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources including performance management, org health, compliance, leave of absence, and accommodations.
  • Experience using a case management system.

Travel requirements:

This opportunity can also be filled at World-headquarters (WHQ) in Beaverton, OR.
