Overview:

Duties:


  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
  • Implement behavior intervention programs
  • Provide training and supervision to support staff and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and special education practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in patient care settings
  • Applied behavior analysis expertise
  • Familiarity with patient assessment techniques
