Job Duties Develop with the team the programme schedule and timelines for performing the construction work based on resource requirements, historical trending of such projects etc.
while striving for optimal resource utilisationIncorporate robust construction methodology using innovative technology to optimize construction plansMonitor closely project progress and adherence to project plans in case project deviations are largeDiscuss deviations to plans internally, identify causes and develop mitigation plan;Collaborate with Commercial team and Project Leaders to finalize the termsPresent revised timelines and negotiate with the client on modifications and changes to timelines favorablyNegotiate improved terms and timelines with suppliers and sub-contractors as neededApply various delay and disruption analysis methodsProvide advisory support for the substantiation of entitlement claims Job Requirements Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related8 years or above in planning managementKnowledge of planning processes, tools etc.
Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolutionKnowledge of risk managementGood understanding of construction methodologies Interested parties, pleaseapply with full resume stating present and expected salary in your application.
