Looking to hire a Site Supervisors around Boston Ma.

Location include

  • Lexington, Revere, Cambridge, Stoneham

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Project Manager, the supervisor will establish work plans, prepare work schedules and employee assignments for each job
  • Maintains a safe working environment at all times for crew members and adheres to OSHA safety standards
  • Anticipates problems and proactively comes up with solutions
  • Ensures that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
  • Maintains a daily report record of daily tasks on each project
  • Tracks hours of each employee on the project and reports to the office
  • Makes sure any tools and materials needed for a project are on site ahead of time
