    Description
    Summary

    As part of a shared service center operating for multiple branches, the Customs Entry Specialist efficiently and accurately processes Customs Entry documents.

    **Key Responsibilities**:
    • Receives import files for Customs clearance
    • Ensures import files comply with US Customs regulations
    • Resolves and communicates clearance issues internally and with customers
    • Prioritizes shipments based on various factors
    • Processes customs bonds when required
    • Communicates entry release status
    • Invoices each file accurately
    • Identifies areas for process improvement
    • Assists in new customer implementation
    • Stays updated with US Customs regulations
    **Requirements**

    **Qualifications**

    An individual must successfully perform each essential duty. Qualifications include 2-5 years of processing customs entries. Excel proficiency and Adobe PDF knowledge are advantages.

    **Education and Experience**

    2-5 years of processing customs entries

    **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**

    CHB License is a plus
