We are responsible for both the procurement and quality assurance of these components, as well as the industrialization management and capacity management for the entire MP area.


We are diverse - With industrialization management, we define and improve methodological foundations for early and preventive assurance of industrialization processes and supplier delivery capability.

We also support risky projects at the supplier's location.

In addition, our supplier capacity management ensures the delivery capability of all purchased parts for all Mercedes production plants worldwide in collaboration with suppliers, as well as the corresponding purchasers and supplier quality engineers from the MP departments.
