Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and welcome them to the Metro by T-Mobile family. Make it Personal
  • Explore and Discover, ask questions to determine the individual customer's needs.
  • Offer solution, so customers can stay connected to what matter most to them. Be a problem solver.
  • Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise
  • Stay updated on new product and services. Be an Expert and Guide the sale.
  • Build long term relationships with customers and stay connected.
  • Work to meet all established sales goals and targets.
  • Help create a welcoming environment, by ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Your Experience:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus. (PREFERRED)
  • Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Completed High school diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Shift:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Montebello, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
