How you contribute

  • Independent commercial processing of construction projects, including invoicing and billing
  • Responsibility for contract management, construction site control, invoice verification, and material management
  • Monitoring of contractual implications, such as warranty or liability
  • Cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with project management
  • Conducting target/actual comparisons and analyses in case of deviations
  • Supporting the annual business planning and providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of commercial employees (human resources)

    • What you bring

  • Completed degree in business administration or a commercial education with relevant experience in the commercial field
  • Ideally, experience in a similar position
