Orlo is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team Compensation is based upon level of experience and ranges from $18.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.
You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks as assigned.Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50lbs on occasion
- Deadline and detailoriented

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
- HVAC Certification Type 2 (preferred)
