- Provide counsel on people-related matters to senior management and contribute to the formulation of company-wide people strategies.
- Lead HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions to support organizational growth.

- Establish and manage HR budget effectively.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and career development.
- Drive talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, compliance, and diversity initiatives.
- Develop organizational structures that align with business needs and industry standards.
- Implement talent management programs and oversee employee benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global professional services setting.
- Demonstrated experience in international HR management and M&A activities.
- Proven track record in developing innovative compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR technologies and metrics.
