- Establish a communications strategy and supporting materials that illustrate the goals and objectives of the Capacity Leadership team
- Influence and execute strategy, helping to drive critical business decisions
- Develop clear storylines to present data and business impact; establish regular communication with key stakeholders
- Create weekly content to be shared with the Executive Leadership team; drive preparation and creation of annual strategy session content
- Work to create a consistent and recognizable brand for the Capacity team - spread the word on our impact and how to work with us
- Manager internal web pages, Teams channel, etc.
- Support Executive communication efforts to global leaders
- Help tell the story of company-wide decisions and updates
- Well versed in designing, creating, and delivering high-quality digital presentations in programs like PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Excellent communication skills and polish; expertise editing content for clarity, grammar, and punctuation
- Experience communicating complex ideas - can understand and digest information and translate it clearly & effectively to a broader audience
- Experience partnering with Executive level/Senior Leadership teams
- Financial acumen and the ability to create visualizations (bar graphs, charts, etc.) to tell digestible stories
- Able to engage an audience and handle questions effectively; strong level of comfort working under pressure
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a fun and forward thinking team

Job Description
We are looking for dynamic storyteller and presentation wizard to join the Capacity PMO team. The Capacity team at Publicis Sapient is composed of 500 individuals across talent acquisition, staffing, and workforce planning. The PMO team is the glue that holds it all together.
This individual will be integral in ensuring Capacity leadership communicates effectively and efficiently to our C-Suite and executive leadership team directly, as well as the entire global organization.
You will craft presentations, emails and other content to clearly communicate our strategy, vision, and results.You will be a trusted advisor to Capacity leadership and work to help others understand the effectiveness of the Capacity team.

Pay Range:
$80,000 - $120,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
