- Greets and welcomes all visitors to our stores in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquires to Sales Team Members
- Effectively supports all Team Members to insure a professional work environment
- Provides effective administrative support services for General Manager as needed
- Monitors customers and visitors to the store to make sure all needs are met
- Processes incoming/outgoing mail and maintains all relevant files
- Demonstrates timeliness and an organized reception area
- Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events
- Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectives
- Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat

Requirements:o Greets and welcomes all visitors to our stores in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquires to Team Members
o Effectively supports all Team Members to insure a professional work environment
o Monitors customers and visitors to the store to make sure all needs are met
o Processes incoming/outgoing mail and maintains all relevant files
o Demonstrates timeliness and an organized reception area
o Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events when needed
o Assist with General Administrative tasks when necessary
o Other marketing and sales related duties as required.
o Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
o Effectively supports successful sales processes, including organization of completed paperwork, to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience
o Utilizes OneWater sales tools, including CRM, for daily follow up
o Create new sales deal folders for team as needed
o Update used/brokerage boards with window stickers for in dealer displays
o Responsible for Showroom cleanliness and customer ready with brochures, water, signage, etc
o Responsible for Closing Gift bags
o Responsible for post-delivery Care Packs to buyers
o Responsible for notarizing signatures – (Notary Public)
o Responsible for Staff Clothing and Apparel inventory and organization
o Responsible for Water, snacks, etc. for Customers and breakroom
o Manages communicating scheduled closing dates and times across departments
o Responsible for Office supply Storeroom inventory and organization
o Responsible for tracking daily Sales Ups by salesperson
o Responsible for shredding documents when necessary
o Partners with Business Manager for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents and setting up closings
