POSITION OVERVIEW:
Delivers on stage the Stone Island Customer Experience.

With passion and authenticity, welcomes and guides each Client across our values and heritage, gets to know the Client and advises honestly and genuinely.

As the direct and trusted point of reference in store, the Client Advisor builds the Stone Island community establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationship with the Client.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


CLIENTELING

  • Collects Client's valuable information throughout the journey
  • Proactively engages in 1to1 activities to nurture the relationships with Clients

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

  • Has strong knowledge of the collection
  • Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

BUSINESS

  • Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
  • Maximizes sales opportunity leveraging crossselling

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
  • Supports the maintenance of the store s visual merchandising standards
  • May have opening and closing responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS (Experience & Skills):


  • At least some experience in sales roles in Fashion Retail/ Hospitality; or interest/study in Fashion related courses
  • Experience in Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus
  • Client service and commercial mindset
  • Trustworthiness, attendance, flexibility, agility, attitude for teamwork
  • Fluency & sophistication in local language, proficiency in English additional languages is a plus
  • Good image and look coherent with the Brand style
  • Openness to new technologies
Stone Island includes a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this role.

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $18 per hour to $24 per hour.
